Isabel Morin began reading romances when she was thirteen years old. That’s the year her grandmother came to visit, bringing with her a shopping bag filled with (very tame) Harlequin and Silhouette romance novels. Isabel was immediately and forever hooked.
She earned her MFA in poetry, but after she met her husband she was too happy to write melancholy poems. She was ready to try her hand at the kinds of stories she’d been gobbling up for years. Now she writes about people discovering themselves as they navigate their way to true love. What could be better than experiencing all that new love just by picking up a book?
In her spare time, Isabel watches British mysteries and anything with dancing in it. In the summer she hikes, plays disc golf, and tries to grow things. She lives in Connecticut with her husband. Isabel is repped by Jacqui Lipton.
Fun fact: Isabel famously walked the runway in multiple fashions shows… put on by a laundromat. Designers used clothes left behind by patrons, and people paid to see it. It totally rocked.
